GENERAL COOKIE CARE
Holy Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks. If you’d like to save them for later, we recommend individually wrapping them and storing them in the freezer until a craving hits. When you’re ready to eat, warm your cookies in a 180°C oven for 3-5 minutes or until heated through when frozen.
Pro tip: if you're in a hurry but you want to get some ooey-gooey-Instagrammable meltiness, put your cookie in the microwave for no more than 15 sec to make the chocolate melt.
Never store your cookies in the refrigerator. It will lead to hard, dried out cookies, which is no fun for anyone.
HOW MANY FLAVORS DO YOU OFFER?
Holy Cookies has 8 classic flavors, available all year round. To switch things up a bit, we have 2 extra monthly specials each month.
We also have limited edition boxes for special occasions (Valentine's, Halloween, Christmas, etc.)
HOW BIG IS EACH COOKIE?
Weighing in at ±150gr each, our cookies are known for being some of the largest cookies around.
The cookies in our sharingbox are mini versions of the classic flavors, weighing around 50gr each.
DO YOU HAVE VEGAN OR GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS?
Holy Cookies offers two plant-based cookies. Made with 100% vegan ingredients, these cookie are available at all times for shipping and catering.
Sometimes there's also a vegan monthly special. Keep an eye on our Instagram page to vote for your favorite vegan flavor!
WHERE CAN I FIND INGREDIENTS AND NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION?
We pride ourselves on sourcing high quality, real ingredients. In other words, nothing you can't pronounce or recognize and no preservatives either. You can access the ingredients and nutritional info for our classic menu here. Please reach out to us with any ingredient questions for our seasonal flavors.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You’ll get an email confirmation immediately after you place your order and receive another one the day your order leaves our bakery and gets scanned by Bpost. The shipping confirmation email will include the order’s tracking number, which you can click to get updates on transit. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder.
Please note that once a package is in Bpost’s hands, we are unable to ensure it will not be waylaid by unforeseen events. Rest assured; they are freshly baked on the day of shipping, sealed airtight and keep very well at room temperature. We cannot offer compensation or other compensation for delayed packages. We ensure that your cookies are sent fresh and on time!
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we aren’t able to accept returns.
MY ORDER IS INCORRECT, WHAT NOW?
If you encountered an issue with your order, please take a picture of your received cookies (if possible) and email us to let us know what’s going on. We will do our best to make it right.
I’M SENDING A GIFT - DO YOU INCLUDE PRICES IN THE BOX?
Not to worry, we never include pricing or similar details in our orders.
