Orders are usually shipped on Mondays and Thursdays.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carriers, holidays or busy periods.

Freshness

Our cookies stay delicious for up to 1 week when stored airtight and can be frozen for up to 3 months.

For the best gooey experience:

• warm fresh cookies for 4–6 minutes at 160°C
• warm frozen cookies for 6–8 minutes at 160°C

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. Holy Cookies is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Pickup Orders

Pickup orders must be collected during opening hours unless otherwise agreed.
